01 Problem

The old version of the online baby store no longer met current design and user experience standards. The site had an outdated interface that was difficult to navigate, and the purchasing process was cumbersome, leading to a high cart abandonment rate. Additionally, the site was not optimized for mobile devices, causing the loss of a significant portion of potential customers who browse from smartphones and tablets.

02 Approach

To address these issues, we initiated a complete redesign of the website, focusing on modernizing the interface and improving functionality. We conducted a detailed analysis of user behavior and feedback, identifying the weaknesses of the old design. Based on this analysis, we developed a redesign plan that included simplifying the site’s structure, optimizing the purchasing process, and creating a responsive design that is mobile-friendly.
